The National Collaborating Centre for Women's and Children's Health specialises in producing national clinical guidelines for health care professionals who care for women, children and their families in the NHS. Our guidelines aim to improve the quality of care, choices and outcomes for women and children. They are also used to train and educate NHS staff and influence future research so that care can further improve.
