ANCA相关性血管炎是一组以抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体（ANCA）阳性为特征、主要累及小血管的自身免疫性疾病，可导致血管壁炎症和损伤，引发多器官功能障碍。常见类型包括肉芽肿性多血管炎（GPA）、显微镜下多血管炎（MPA）和嗜酸性肉芽肿性多血管炎（EGPA）。本文主要针对ANCA相关性血管炎的管理提出26条推荐意见。
